• Fiber Stream WiFi 2.4GHz: For devices without 5GHz capability.

• Fiber Stream WiFi (Dual-band): Automatically selects between 2.4 and 5GHz. A versatile choice for various devices.

3. Use Only One WiFi Option

• Avoid Multiple Networks: If you're facing intermittent connectivity, it may be due to your device switching between saved networks. For a stable connection, save and connect to only one Fiber Stream network.

4. Auto Login and Auto Connect

• Device Settings: The auto-connect function is managed by your device, not the WiFi network. Ensure your device is set correctly for auto-login and/or auto-reconnect for seamless connectivity.

5. Disable MAC Randomization or Private Address

• Consistent Connection: For optimal performance with Fiber Stream WiFi, turn off MAC Randomization (Android) or the Private Address function (iOS) on phones, tablets, and some laptops. This helps maintain a stable connection and reduces the need for repeated logins.

6. Keep Your Device Updated

• Latest Updates and Firmware: Ensure your device has the latest software updates and firmware. This is crucial for keeping your WiFi connection safe, fast, and reliable.
