How to Reset My Account Password?
Note: You have two passwords. One is to manage your account, devices, and billing (account password); the other is to log into the WiFi. You can reset both as follows:
> Go to your account login page > Click the existing user option at the bottom > Click "Forgot Password".
- A reset email will be sent to the email address you registered for the account.
Tip 1: Unable to find your account page? Check your Move-In flyer, ask the leasing office, or contact our tech support for the link.
TIP 2: Contact support for assistance if you cannot reset your password.
How to Reset My WiFi Password?
Step 1) Go to your account login page > Click existing user at the bottom > Login.
Step 2) Navigate to the devices tab > scroll to the bottom of the page to "manage wireless" > type in your new password and click Update.
